My Name is Robert Palmer, I am 29 years old, and I am the President of an FHA Direct Endorsement Mortgage Lender with $5.5 Million in assets.  Although I love the mortgage business, I am a geek at heart.  To me, one of the greatest things about having such a powerful organization at by disposal is that it allows me to have fun with technology and marketing.

Some of my recent projects include building our phone system using open source Asterisk, writing our CRM and Reverse Mortgage software in Adobe Coldfusion, customizing our ViciDial predictive dialer with PHP, and our 50+ websites ranked by the SERPS for finding business, I love technology and I have a great budget throw at it.
